MU-MIMO + Beamforming + Band Steering
The DAP-2610 combines three key performance technologies: MU-MIMO allows multiple devices to receive high-bandwidth Wi-Fi simultaneously for more efficient data distribution; beamforming improves coverage and speed by directing Wi-Fi signal directly to each client device; and band steering automatically connects each device to the best, clearest band available for the optimal connection experience.
Built-in RADIUS Server & Dynamic VLAN
The DAP-2610 includes a built-in RADIUS server — allowing WPA/WPA2 Enterprise authentication without requiring a separate RADIUS server. Network Access Protection (NAP) enables dynamic VLAN assignment for each wireless client upon authentication, with up to 8 VLANs per band and bandwidth controls for comprehensive user segmentation and network management.
Captive Portal Guest Access
The DAP-2610 provides captive portal guest access — combinable with RADIUS authentication and dynamic VLAN for complete guest bandwidth and access control. Ideal for hotels, cafés, offices, and any environment requiring secure and controlled guest Wi-Fi access.
Multiple Operation Modes & WDS Support
The DAP-2610 supports four versatile operation modes: Access Point, Wireless Distribution System (WDS), WDS with Access Point, and Wireless Client — providing maximum flexibility for different network deployment scenarios. WDS support allows multiple DAP-2610s to bridge with one another while providing network access to individual clients. Advanced load balancing and redundancy ensure fail-safe wireless connectivity.
802.3af PoE & Nuclias Connect Management
The DAP-2610 supports 802.3af Power over Ethernet for easy installation in areas where power outlets are not available — a single Ethernet cable provides both data and power. Compatible with Nuclias Connect for free centralized cloud or on-premises network management, and supported by the DNH-100 hardware controller for managing up to 100 APs. A built-in schedule function dynamically powers down the wireless network when not in use for energy savings.
